PIX Payments for Brazil

For Brazil, we offer the option to pay via PIX. Although the payment itself is processed quickly, it may take some time (up to 2 hours) for it to be credited on our website and for your subscription to be activated.

If your subscription is not active after two hours, please contact our support team and include:

1. The email of your registered account
2. The PIX payment receipt or transaction ID
3. The approximate time of payment

Please do not make a second payment for the same subscription before receiving a response from support.
